Multicultural Bankers Belgium Offsite 2024
Multicultural Bankers Belgium organised the first offsite for 2024! 16 dedicated bankers from banks all over Belgium such as ING, BNP Paribas Fortis, Euroclear, KBC and more gathered together and set the priorities, goals, mission and vision for the upcoming year of MCB.
With this, new workstreams were introduced. These are:
- Networking and events
- Communication
- Pledge, Governance and HR Processes
- Data
- Mentoring
