Our values

  • Equity: When displaying acts of equity, we emphasise on creating a space where we acknowledge, support and accept those of different backgrounds, identities and unique circumstances in the finance sector.

  • Diversity: Diversity for us means brining the spirit of interconnectedness within the finance sector. In order for us to bring this change to the finance sector, we need to be the change, and being the community that produces people who live by the value of diversity.

  • Inclusion: Being inclusive means putting our values in practice. We want to drive an inclusive culture in the finance sector, as well as giving multicultural bankers the opportunity to let their voices be heard.

  • Belonging: We want to create a network where people of different backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities and religions will feel a sense of belonging and be accepted within the network. In promoting this we want to foster opportunities for growth for multicultural bankers in the finance field.
