💻 Multicultural Network in Finance Webinar Recap: Committing to zero tolerance of harassment and bullying by Dominique Bergiers (She/her)

On Friday the 10th of January, Multicultural Network in Finance hosted our first webinar, with more than 35 eager participants. The collaborative session allowed participants to learn and reflect on zero tolerance and microaggressions.

What did we learn from the session:

☝ How to identify common barriers to addressing harassment and bullying
☝Highlighting the importance of systemic and cultural solutions to bridge these gaps
☝Learning and understanding the SAFE framework as a tool for fostering a culture of zero-tolerance
☝Recognising and understanding the impact of microaggressions in the workplace. This includes knowledge of how to reflect on, address and respond to microaggressions as a victim, bystander or someone reflecting on their behaviour
